San Francisco, summer 1950.
The night before, Thelma Jordon’s aunt was killed by a burglar. Thelma and Tony, her lover, planned everything. She will seduce Cleve, the district attorney to clear her name and inherit her aunt’s money after murdering her. Thelma dominates Cleve while staying submissive to Tony’s desires. This ambivalence is the starting point of this duet loosely based on the movie, The File on Thelma Jordon. THELMA is loosely based on the movie The File On Thelma Jordon by R. Siodmak and explores the construction of the Femme Fatale through the prism of Film Noir. Press :
